Tough, efficient and safe

fogo montanha fires are made from tough, 4mm, corrosion resistant steel (1). Parts in contact with the flame are made from refractory stainless steel, firebrick or vermiculite (2 & 3).

fogo montanha fires recover over 70% of the energy that is normally lost up the chimney. The double skin, seam welded construction convects this heat to the farthest corners of the room (4). The large area, heat resistant glass panel radiates heat to the area immediately in front of the fire (5).

fogo montanha fires have high combustion chamber temperatures. This together with the specially designed “air wash” system helps keep the glass clean (6 & 7).

fogo montanha fan assisted models have a powerful, yet silent, tangential fan mounted at the rear of the fire (8). The fan is thermostat controlled via a discreetly hidden switch (9).

fogo montanha fires give reduced carbon emissions. You get higher heat output with reduced wood log consumption.

fogo montanha takes great care in choosing raw materials and components from top quality European suppliers.
